Once your jewellery has shipped, it usually takes 2 to 3 business days within Denmark, 3 to 7 days in Europe, and 5 to 15 days for the rest of the world. If you haven't received your products, please feel free to contact us using our contact page.

Production & order processing:
Please note that our order processing times are separate from the shipping times. This means that once the jewellery is created, there will be additional time needed for shipping.

Sustainability vs accessibility
Our sterling silver collection (including gold-plated sterling silver) is carefully selected with a limited stock, ensuring a balance between sustainability and accessibility, but we strive to always have at least one of each in stock. Note that most of our 14k and 18k solid gold jewellery is made-to-order, reflecting our commitment to quality craftsmanship and sustainability. If a piece is not in stock or is made-to-order, the production time typically takes 2 to 4 weeks.
