We offer international shipping sent via Postnord, GLS, DHL or UPS.

    The shipping charges will be listed on the checkout page in your local currency and in the e-mail with your order confirmation.

    For security reasons, no orders with a Post Office Box address/number will be processed.


    Once your jewellery has shipped, it usually takes 2 to 3 business days within Denmark, 3 to 7 days in Europe, and 5 to 15 days for the rest of the world. If you haven't received your products, please feel free to contact us using our contact page.

    For delivery to the Netherlands or France, precious metal products require hallmarking (your proof of the value of the metal). You must therefore expect an additional two days of delivery due to this - i.e. up to 10 business days. 

    Please note that our order processing times are separate from the shipping times. This means that once the jewellery is created, there will be additional time needed for shipping. If not in stock, or on jewellery made to order the production time is usually 2-4 weeks and in rare cases up to 7 weeks.

    Pre-orders on upcoming jewellery are still in the process of final development and will be ready for shipping when active on the website and you will get notified.

    As Livva Østerby cannot guarantee local delivery conditions, Livva Østerby cannot provide a guaranteed delivery time at the customer/recipient address.



    Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Livva Østerby is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


    How do you check the status of your order?

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel all the way

    If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


    Refunds, returns, and exchanges

    We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
